Walsh Construction encourages bids from all qualified subcontractors/suppliers including MBE, SBE and WBE firms for the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District, Southerly WWTC MACT Renewable Energy Facility until 12:00 PM EST, on May 5th 2015.general, the project consists of enhanced incinerator emissions controls for three fluid bed, sewage sludge incinerators (FBIs) at the NOERSD Southerly WWTC. The work consists of installation of enhanced emissions control system provided by the Emissions Control System Supplier (ECSS). Also included in the work are miscellaneous enhancements to the Renewable Energy Facility (REF) and Maintenance Building.
