NEORSD Mary Street Pump Station Upgrade:
In general, the work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals for construction of the following work: rehabilitation of the existing Mary Street Pump Station, located at the west end of Mary Court, about 400 feet southwest of West 3rd Street, Cleveland, Ohio; demolition and replacement of the existing superstructure; construction of a submersible
pump station located adjacent to the existing station; construction of cast-in-place structures, precast manholes, and gravity sewers; construction of two parallel force mains with diameters of 14 inch and 18 inch; modification of existing regulators; and proper handling, treatment (if applicable), and disposal of contaminated soil and groundwater. Refer to the contract documents for details.
Work scopes include site work, concrete, carpentry, masonry, SBS Modified Bituminous Membrane Roofing, FRP doors and frames, finishes, painting, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and trucking.
