INVITATION TO BID
Walsh Construction Company II, LLC is requesting quotes from qualified MBE, WBE and SBE Subcontractors & Suppliers for the following project: NEORSD, Dugway South Relief and Consolidation Sewer (DSRCS), Project No. 1360, bidding on February 23, 2016 at 01:00PM.
In general, the work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals for construction of the following work: approximately 2,666 linear feet (lf) of 90-inch-diameter sewer, 60 lf of 72-inch-diameter sewer, and 2,648 lf of 42-inchdiameter sewer via trenchless methods; approximately 2,064 lf of 24-inch to 36-inchdiameter sewer and 400 lf of 12-inch to 18-inch-diameter sewer via open-cut methods; five flow control structures with depths of 20 to 50 feet; excavation and temporary earth support of an approximately 50-foot-deep shaft at the upstream end of the 90-inchdiameter sewer; new manholes and regulator structures; modification of regulator structures; site work; utility relocation; and surface restoration. The project is located in Cleveland and East Cleveland in the vicinity of E. 114 th St. and Phillips Ave. Refer to the contract documents for details.
Work scopes include demo, concrete, cast in place, misc. metals, earthwork, fencing, miscellaneous exterior improvements, utilities and process integration.
