City of Columbus issues RFP for Prenatal Trip Assistance Platform and Transportation Management

The City of Columbus (City) is seeking to acquire and implement a web and smartphone-based software application from qualified Offerors for the City’s Prenatal Trip Assistance (PTA) project. The PTA will be used to facilitate Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) trips for expectant mothers enrolled in Medicaid from eight high-risk neighborhoods designated by the Mayor’s infant mortality reduction initiative, CelebrateOne. These trips will connect the pregnant women with prenatal and post-partum care appointments and accommodate additional needed stops/trips during the pilot as requested (other medical appointments, pharmacy, grocery store, etc.).
