An employee of the Columbus Regional Airport Authority since 1999, Karmin is currently the Program Manager, Business Diversity.  Graduating from The Ohio State University with dual degrees in Accounting and Finance, Karmin brings a wealth of experience and a set of trained fiscal eyes that is helping to elevate the Business Diversity Program.  Through the promotion of business opportunities and the collaboration and partnerships with other business agencies, she is excited to enhance the way the airport executes diversity and inclusion.  Karmin is a Certified Management Accountant and a Certified Public Finance Officer. 

Since assuming the role as Program Manager, Karmin has implemented enhanced reporting and metrics to increase the visibility and transparency of the diversity program(s).  Karmin is committed to the elevation of the airport’s presence in the community and ensuring that Columbus Regional Airport Authority utilizes small and minority-owned businesses.  As an organization, we are committed to creating meaningful opportunities for businesses that will provide exceptional goods and services to CRAA and drive economic growth in Ohio. 

In addition to her work at the Columbus Regional Airport Authority, Karmin serves on the Columbus Advisory Board for the Ohio Diversity Council, the Diversity & Inclusion Committee of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) and serves as the Chairperson of the Measurement Working Group, a subcommittee of the Diversity & Inclusion Committee of the IMA.
