Stephanie Howse (D-Cleveland) will host a virtual conversation on Friday, February 12 at 11:30 a.m. via Facebook live to celebrate the life and legacy of the Honorable L. Helen Rankin, who was the first African American woman to serve in the Ohio House of Representatives.
