Franklin County issues bid notice for Special Inspections at new Franklin County Mental Health & Addiction Crisis Center project

PROJECT NAME: Special Inspections Mental Health and Addiction Crisis Center 

DATE AND TIME OF PROPOSAL OPENING: January 17, 2023, at 9:00 a.m.

SUMMARY OF PROJECT/PROPOSAL: County requests proposals to provide services for Special Inspections which involves construction testing, site inspection and laboratory services as necessary for the construction of the new Franklin County Mental Health and Addiction Crisis Center project as identified in the Request for Qualifications (RFQ).  

All RFQ documentation, amendments, and clarifications will be posted on the County’s – Purchasing Department website at: http://purchasing.franklincountyohio.gov/businesses/bid-

Interested parties shall have the sole responsibility to monitor the Franklin County Purchasing Department website for all amendments and clarifications.

The Franklin County Board of Commissioners, on behalf of Franklin County Board of Commissioners and ADAMH, is seeking proposals from Offerors who can provide a comprehensive proposal for construction materials testing and site inspection services to include all necessary experienced, technical personnel and materials and equipment to perform testing and inspection services and reporting based upon a unit price fee schedule applicable to Section 01 45 29, Quality Control, and the City of Columbus Statement of Special Inspections (attached), and as described in RFQ.

All questions must be received in writing on or before January 11, 2023, by 10:00 a.m. and directed to Sharon Tubbs, Senior Purchasing Coordinator, Franklin County Purchasing Department, email address:  sktubbs@franklincountyohio.gov.
