Kokosing Industrial, Inc. (6235 Westerville Road, Westerville, OH 43081) is preparing bids for the Parsons Avenue Water Plant Hypochlorite Disinfection Improvements project located in Columbus, Ohio which bids February 1, 2023. The work consists of New Sodium Hypochlorite Building including but not limited to storage tanks, feed equipment and piping; modification of existing Chlorine Gas Room to Sodium Hypochlorite Feed Room and new feed piping to application points; provide temporary Sodium Hypochlorite system; new Grit Pit Facility, demolish existing facility; demolish existing Scrubber Building, new storm water basin; electrical service in laydown area, and other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract.
We are seeking quotes for any portion of the project listed that you are qualified to perform or provide supplies for which includes the following: Photographic Documentation, Demolition, Asbestos Abatement, Concrete Reinforcing, CIP Concrete, Unit Masonry, Misc. Metal Fabrications, Aluminum Grating and Supports, Aluminum Handrails and Railings, FRP Fabrications, Waterproofing, Traffic Coating, Water Repellent Treatment, Insulation, EPDM Roofing, Membrane Roofing, Firestopping, Caulking and Sealants, Doors, Glazing, Painting, Chemical Resistant Coatings, Fire Extinguishers and Accessories, Fire Suppression, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Clearing, Excavation and Fill, Concrete Drilled Shafts, Asphalt Paving, Concrete Paving, Pavement Markings, Fences and Gates, Landscaping, Cranes, Trucking, Instrumentation and Controls.
