Setterlin Building Company is seeking bids from qualified MBE & WBE subcontractors and suppliers for a new upcoming project for the City of Columbus.
The project is the Parsons Avenue Water Plant Control Room and Laboratory Renovations. Bids are due on October 23rd at 3 PM. The project is located at 5600 Parsons Ave., Columbus, OH 43137. It has a 12% MBE/WBE participation goal for the project. Scopes of work to bid include: Demolition, abatement, masonry, caulking, windows, storefront, drywall, ACT, flooring, painting, signage, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC & electric.
