Franklin County Seeks Design Professional Services for Correctional Facility Renovation

Franklin County is inviting qualified design professionals to submit proposals for the renovation of the resident restrooms at the Franklin County Community Based Correctional Facility (CBCF). This project aims to improve the facility’s sanitation and privacy by transitioning communal showers into at least three individual shower stalls, converting half-sized toilet stalls to standard-sized stalls, and removing urinals.
