SUMMARY OF PROJECT/PROPOSAL:
The Franklin County Community-Based Correctional Facility (Franklin County CBCF) is requesting submissions from qualified and experienced parties to provide Construction Manager at Risk Services. The project involves the selective renovation and construction of resident restroom facilities at the Franklin County CBCF, including:
- Transitioning communal showers into at least three individual shower stalls.
- Upgrading half-sized toilet stalls to at least three standard-sized toilet stalls.
- Removing urinals.
