The Fiscal Year 2015 Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) Projection Plans are now available online for your review. Each fiscal year, state agencies, boards and commission submit a projection of their upcoming expenditures with MBEs. We hope that allowing you, the MBE vendor, to see where agencies spend dollars and in which quarters, will assist you as you network with the agency procurement contacts.
