Sealed proposals will be received by the BOARD OF EDUCATION, City School District of Columbus, Ohio, Office of Capital Improvements, 889 E. 17th Ave, Columbus OH 43211 until Friday, August 8, 2014, at 2:00 PM and will be opened and read publicly immediately thereafter for the following projects:
CASSADY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL ROOF REPLACEMENT PACKAGE, according to the plans and specifications, dated July 24, 2014, prepared by JL Bender, Inc. The total estimated cost for materials and labor for Bid Package #201 – General Contractor is $1,004,000.00. A pre-bid conference will be held Thursday, July 31, 2014 at 10:00 AM at Cassady Elementary School 2500 N. Cassady Ave., Columbus OH 43219. NORTHTOWNE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL ROOF REPLACEMENT PACKAGE, according to the plans and specifications, dated July 24, 2014, prepared by Abbot Studios, LLC. The total estimated cost for materials and labor for Bid Package #202 – General Contractor is $582,000.00. A pre-bid conference will be held Thursday, July 31, 2014 at 1:00 PM at Northtowne Elementary School 4767 Northtowne Blvd, Columbus, OH 43229. Any written addendum will be sent to all plan holders. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guaranty and contract bond meeting the requirements of Section 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code.
