BACKGROUND:
MORPC seeks to obtain price quotes from firms that specialize in professional development facilitation within organizations. The selected firm would be tasked with planning and implementing a short-term leadership development program for a select team of MORPC professionals. The purpose of the program is to build leadership skills, improve professional skills and capacity, and develop internal project-focused teamwork across departments and specialties.
