Disparity Must be Addressed
The Ohio Legislative Black Caucus will hold a press conference on Thursday, April 11th,, 2013 at 10:00 AM in the Ohio State House’s George Washington Williams Room to call for Action on Medicaid Expansion and Health Disparities Initiatives.
“As we celebrate Minority Health Month, it is critical that we establish legislation like the expansion of Medicaid and other health initiatives that work to close the gap on health disparities in Ohio. We have to move from lip service to action,” says OLBC President, Rep. Alicia Reece.
