Denise Ransom received the first EDCI Capital for Construction Mobilization Loan for her company, Elite National Building Services. She will use the funds for labor and material costs. The CfC program addresses financing gaps minority-owned construction subcontractors face when submitting bids for large-scale construction contracts.
