TWO OLBC MEMBERS ELECTED TO DEMOCRATIC LEADERSHIP TONIGHT
The Ohio Legislative Black Caucus is pleased to announce the election of two OLBC members to the Ohio House Leadership tonight. Representative Tracy Heard; Columbus has been elected Minority Leader of the Ohio Democratic Caucus. Representative Micheal Ashford; Toledo was also elected as Minority Whip.
” I want to congratulate Leader Heard and Minority Whip Ashford as well as all of the new Democratic Leadership Team, ” says OLBC President Rep. Alicia Reece.
Other leadership team members elected tonight were; Rep. Debbie Phillips and Rep. Dan Ramos.
