Reds Community Fund Urban Youth Academy Charity Project
Subcontractor and Supplier Charity Partners Needed
Kokosing Construction Company, Inc. is a charity partner on the Reds Community Fund Urban Youth Academy Charity Project, Cincinnati, Ohio and will serve as the general contractor. This facility is to teach the Cincinnati area youth the sport of baseball and softball year round as well as character education. The project is located at Roselawn Park, 2026 East Seymour Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45237. Kokosing is seeking reduced cost construction services and material supply to provide the construction of a new 34,000 sf indoor training building that includes a synthetic turf infield, batting cages, pitching tunnels, classrooms, and administrative offices. The four existing ball fields will be reconstructed. One field will include fixed stadium bleachers and a masonry stadium support building with press box, concessions, restrooms and dugouts. Areas of work that we are seeking quotes for are Site Concrete Work, Building Concrete Work, Masonry, Metals, Earthwork, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Sanitary, Waterproofing, Man Doors, Overhead Doors, Skylights, Windows, EPDM Roofing System, Sprinkler System, Rough Carpentry, Drywall, Acoustical Ceiling Flooring Millwork, Painting, Visual Display Specialties, metal Locker Systems, Toilet Accessories/Partitions and Signage.
