Help Keep Columbus City Schools Employees Healthy
Columbus City Schools, in conjunction with the health insurance carrier, Medical Mutual (MM), is searching for vendors to provide health and wellness offerings for school employees. Offerings include:
- On-site Assistant Wellness Initiative Coordinator
- Exercise Classes
- Healthy Cooking Classes
- Nutrition Seminars
- District (Corporate) Challenge creation and implementation
- Educational Health and Wellness Classes
Vendors must be LEDE Certified with Columbus City Schools.

Please submit your proposal to the following e-mail address: ccslede@medmutual.com. You are able to submit proposals for any one or all of the offerings. To be considered, proposals must be received no later than Thursday, June 27, 2013 before 5:00 p.m.
