Columbus Zoo and Aquarium Gateway Sign, Powell Road Project
All in accordance with documents and any addenda thereto, prepared by PlanIt Studios, design firm for said work.

A single contract will be awarded for this Project. Construction can begin as soon as early as August. The preferred construction completion date is September 1, 2023. An alternate completion date is November 1, 2023.
Bidders shall note that the Prevailing Wage Rates published by the Department of Labor are to be complied with throughout the project. Bidders shall also note that the Rules and Regulations on Equal Employment Opportunity (Executive Order 11246 & 11375) shall be made a part of this contract. Each bidder must ensure that all employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, creed, color, sex, or national origin
