The Columbus Zoo Family of Parks is seeking proposals from selected security cameras management partners (Partner(s)) that can respond to both service requirements either as a sole-source or joint venture proposal for all three proposed facilities under its management and operations. Individual bids for either maintenance or replacement services will not be accepted.
RFP Responses
Responses to the RFP must be received by 5:00 PM (EST) on 8/11/2023 via electronic submission only to: Felix Garcia at felix.garcia@columbuszoo.org. Responses maybe be submitted via a Dropbox, however you must submit the download response information to Felix Garcia prior to 5:00PM on 8/11/2023. Felix Garcia will acknowledge receipt of submission. No printed copies of the submission are required nor will they be accepted.
Any information contained in the partner’s response that is proprietary information must be clearly designated. Indicating that the entire response is proprietary will neither be accepted nor recognized.
