I wonder why the City of Columbus won’t give Black women an Female Business Certification? Why won’t the Minority Business Chair, A. Troy Miller step up and provide economic opportunities for Black Women. Lack of access equal lack of opportunity.  He is running for re-election.  The is an important issue.  All other women of color get to select their gender over their race.
