ASPIRE COLUMBUS – CMAR
The Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA) is accepting proposals for CMAR services for the upcoming Aspire Columbus development, a 5 story-82 unit residential new build in downtown Columbus with adjacent surface parking. Proposals should be submitted to CMHA, 880 E. 11th Avenue, Columbus, Ohio, 43211, Attn Margaret Welch, by Tuesday, July 16, 2024, at 10:00 am. A pre-submission meeting is scheduled on Wednesday, June 26, 2024, at 10:00 am. Interested firms can download the RFP at Open Contract Opportunities – Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority (cmhanet.com). Firms must agree to comply with the Davis-Bacon Labor Standards of the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development and Section 3 of the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development Act of 1968, as amended. Firms are asked to assist CMHA in meeting their Minority Business Enterprise goal of 20% and Section 3 goal of 10%.
