Franklin County Critical Master Plan Implementation Project (“the Project”) Bundle 1
DATE AND TIME OF PROPOSAL OPENING: October 30, 2024, at 4:00 P.M. EST
SUMMARY OF PROJECT/PROPOSAL: The Franklin County Board of Commissioners, Franklin County, Ohio, requests submittals from interested parties with proven experience to provide Construction Manager At-Risk services associated with the selective renovation and new construction for this Critical Master Plan Implementation project as identified in this Request for Qualification. An Architect-of-Record will prepare construction documents. An Owner allowance will be included in this scope of work for additional space enhancements for RFQ 1 projects, including but not limited to One Door and FSU initiatives. There are multiple components of this project:
1. FCSO 911 Communications Center
2. Juvenile Intervention Center Renovations
3. East Opportunity Center Lobby and Interior Renovations
4. Jail Records Move – 2nd Floor Dorrian
5. Family Stabilization Unit
