SUMMARY OF PROJECT/PROPOSAL: The Franklin County Court of Common Please Division of Domestic Relations and Juvenile Branch is seeking Proposal Responses from Mediator Vendors to provide mediation services to assist the Court’s Dispute Resolution Department with its caseload.
The Franklin County Court of Common Pleas Domestic Relations Division and Juvenile Branch handles cases involving domestic relations and juvenile citizens. The branch’s mission is to provide equitable resolution to matters and disputes arising under the law and will interpret and apply the law consistently, impartially, and independently to protect the rights and liberties of matters involving families and children. The Domestic Relations Division handles cases such as divorce, dissolution, annulment, legal separation, spousal support, domestic and dating violence civil protection orders, child support, parenting time and visitation.
