Franklin County issues RFQ for Professional Engineering Services

PROJECT NAME: RFQ # 2025-09-03 Professional Engineering Services S. Grener Avenue, Emmit Avenue, Mix Avenue, and Sullivant Avenue (GEMS) Water Main Replacement Project.

DATE AND TIME OF PROPOSAL OPENING: April 24, 2025, at 2:00 PM ET

SUMMARY OF PROJECT/PROPOSAL: The Franklin County Board of Commissioners on behalf of the Franklin Department of Sanitary Engineering, is seeking qualified Professional Engineering firms to submit a statement of qualifications (SoQ) for the provision of design, bidding, construction administration, and construction inspection services for the capital project known as S. Grener Avenue, Emmit Avenue, Mix Avenue, and Sullivant Avenue (GEMS) Water Main Replacement Project.

Additional Information: All amendments and clarifications will be posted on the County’s – Purchasing Department website at:  http://purchasing.franklincountyohio.gov/businesses/bid-opportunities/ 

Interested parties shall have the sole responsibility to monitor the Purchasing Department website for all amendments and clarifications.
