The Ohio Women’s Chamber of Commerce (OWCC) officially launched with its first virtual event:
Funding HER Future – Financing & Capital for Women-Owned Businesses
Held on April 22, the session welcomed over 30 women entrepreneurs who logged in to learn, connect, and take action toward accessing business capital.
We extend heartfelt thanks to our featured experts:
- Shaundretta Boykins, State of Ohio
- Jerome Jones, U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA)
- Jenny Morehead, Park National Bank
- Michael Towns, Adelphi Bank
Together, they delivered essential insight on loans, banking relationship, credit, and funding readiness.
💬 “It was inspiring to see so many women show up for themselves—and for one another. Yesterday’s event was a reminder that when we share knowledge, build connections, and demand access, we create real change for women in business.”
— Ronda Watson Barber, Founder, OWCC
