Is Columbus City Council a Bully?
Does Columbus City Council understand the 1st Amendment? Does Columbus have a free press or do those that petition, investigate or voice disapproval face political retribution? Have they forgotten that they work for the people not for political gain. Are those non-profits who receive financial benefits from Columbus tax dollars simply whoring themselves out in exchange for funding so self-serving politicians are can tout their support of an issue or cause.
If looks like a duck, it is probably quacking.

Here’s a little refresher from middle school history class:
The First Amendment (Amendment I) to the United States Constitution prohibits the making of any law respecting an establishment of religion, impeding the free exercise of religion, abridging the freedom of speech, infringing on the freedom of the press, interfering with the right to peaceably assemble or prohibiting the petitioning for a governmental redress of grievances
