COLUMBUS, Ohio – Turner Construction Company and the Columbus Regional Airport Authority will host a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE)/Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE)/Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Open House to present information about the Ticket Lobby Modernization project. The open house will be held Tuesday, April 8, 2014 from 4:30 to 7 p.m. in the Conference Room EOC located in Port Columbus Airport.
Turner Construction Company and The Columbus Regional Airport Authority are committed to maximizing MBE/WBE/DBE involvement throughout this project. The open house is geared to inclusion of minority, women, and disadvantaged owned businesses interested in bidding on the project
The evening will include a presentation on the upcoming construction project and networking opportunities. The Work includes, but is not limited to, new skylights, curtain wall, terrazzo floors, structural steel, roofing, new ticket counters, ceilings and other finishes, mechanical, fire protection, plumbing, electrical, and technology upgrades. Turner will accept bids from an invited list of prime bidders for the following packages:

Information will be available for companies interested in pre-qualifying for the invited bidders list as well as those that are lower tier subcontractors and suppliers.
