As I have stated previously on the pages of OhioMBE, the suburban schools in Central Ohio do not have a diverse purchasing pool. Black parents are sending their children and tax dollars to schools who are blatantly disrespecting Black owned businesses. It appears that schools want tax revenues to purchase goods and services, they just don’t want to include Black businesses. Black owned businesses need to advocate and agitate local public school districts and colleges. If there is no diversity in business, is there diversity in the classroom?
