The work for which proposals are invited consists of: Construction of a new substation, switchgear building, perimeter duct bank and other facility modifications required to implement this upgrade. Additional scope includes electrical and control system updates, MCC replacement, new telephone system, actuator replacements, and motor replacement for HSPS pump #5. Work scopes include site work, demo, cast in place concrete, cast stone masonry, unit masonry, structural steel, metal fabrications, rough carpentry, roofing, doors and hardware, high performance coatings, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and trucking.
