Walsh Construction seeks bids for Southerly First Stage Aeration Tank & Return Sludge Pump Station Improvements

walshWalsh Construction encourages bids from all qualified subcontractors/suppliers including WBE/MBE, SBE firms for the – SOUTHERLY FIRST STAGE AERATION TANK & RETURN SLUDGE PUMP STATION IMPROVEMENTS (PROJECT NO. 1376)-ENGINEERING until 12:00 PM EST, on October 11, 2016.

DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT:

In general, the work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals for construction of the following work: Site improvements, flow and air control and metering modifications, rehabilitation of aeration tanks, replacement of aeration equipment and compressor systems, blower rehabilitation, valve replacement, piping modifications, architectural building recladding, HVAC and plumbing system replacement and appurtenant electrical and instrumentation equipment to provide complete and operational systems.

Work scopes include: concrete, cast in place, masonry, metal fabrications, rough carpentry, sheathing, roofing, doors, glazing, O.H. coiling doors, finishes, specialty items, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, data communications, earthwork, exterior improvements, utilities, process integration.
