Anjala has always had a passion for sales. As a small business owner, Anjala now focuses on selling for her own company, Finergy Global Solutions, LLC, providing incentive solutions. Her company’s services are available in all 50 states and internationally in several countries. Anjala started her business in June 2008. Her company is a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE)/Encouraging Diversity Growth and Equity (EDGE)/Procurement Enhancement Program (PEP)/Small Business Enterprise (SBE) company certified by the State of Ohio and the City of Dayton.
When Anjala started her company, it was a time when we were in an unpredictable economic climate; companies were downsizing and enforcing larger workloads on the employees that remained. She wanted to help the employers, based on their budget develop and incentive program that would acknowledge employees for their hard work and loyalty.
Today her company has helped many organizations in the public and private sectors to have more success. Anjala has worked with clients in industries ranging from education, state government, health industry and manufacturing.
