SUMMARY OF PROJECT/PROPOSAL: The Franklin County Board of Commissioners, is seeking proposals from vendors to provide for the lease or purchase of space or property with existing facilities, or land appropriate for building a facility for two locations.
- The Franklin County Clerk of Courts is requesting proposals for a North Branch of the Auto Title Division. Listed below are the space requirements for the proposed North Branch. A minimum of 4,315 (post-build-out) sq. ft. and a maximum of 5,200 (post-build-out) sq. ft. will accommodate as many as 17 employees and approximately 150 customers daily. The premises to be leased shall be within Franklin County in the area bounded by Cooke Road to Henderson Road as the South boundary; Westerville Road as the East boundary; Interstate 270 in the north as the North boundary and Sawmill Road as the West boundary. Properties on either side of, but adjacent to, the identified roadways shall be considered within the described boundaries. Property should be along a bus line for citizen access.

A minimum of 3,500 (post build-out) sq. ft. and a maximum of 4,200 (post build-out) sq. ft. will accommodate as many as 14 employees and approximately 150 customers daily. The premises to be leased shall be within Franklin County in the area bounded by West Broad Street as the South boundary; a line following Hilliard-Rome Road to Main Street (in central Hilliard) as the west boundary; Cemetery Road as the North boundary, and a line following North Wilson Road to Roberts Road to Old Dublin Road as the east boundary. Properties on either side of, but adjacent to, the identified roadways shall be considered within the described boundaries. The property should be along a bus line for citizen access.
