Setterlin Building Company is preparing bids for the COTA Fields Avenue Renovation in Columbus Ohio. The project bids on April 4, 2019. We are seeking quotes from DBE subcontractors that are part of the Department of Transportation Unified Certification Program (DOT-UCP) and are capable of handling the scope of work and the schedule for this project.
There are two separate bids that we are preparing for this project with one being the construction of a new compressed natural gas facility and the second the renovation of the existing bus storage and maintenance facility. Scopes of work on this project include: demolition, concrete, masonry, steel,carpentry, casework, metal panels, roofing, doors, overhead doors, aluminum entrances, skylights, drywall, flooring, painting, specialties, CNG equipment, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electric, earthwork, concrete paving, fencing, and fall protection systems.
