Monique Moore

Monique Moore serves as the Director of Community Engagement and Initiatives for the Secretary of State Frank LaRose. She was the formerly Statewide Minority Outreach Coordinator for Ohio Secretary of State Jon Husted where she works to empower the community through voter, business and election education. Her focus was connecting the veterans and citizens in urban community to the resources and initiatives of the office of the Ohio Secretary of State. 

Prior to this position, Monique served as the Chief of Staff and Workforce Development Specialist for the Greater Stark County Urban League. She also taught and helped develop financial literacy, and created an award-winning, state tested nursing assistant program for her community called Project Grow. Previously, she was the Fiscal Officer and Township poll worker coordinator for the Board of Elections in Stark County.

Monique earned her degree in Justice Studies from Kent State University.
