INVITATION TO BIDDERS
Pursuant to Central Ohio Transit Authority Resolution No. 1980-66, Bids will be received by the Supply Management Department of the Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA), 33 N. High Street, Columbus, Ohio 43215, until 2:00 p.m. on June 4, 2019 (at which time a public bid opening will be held) for the Renovation of the Fields Avenue Facility – Electrical, Mechanical & Site Work Packages (Re-solicitation), RFB #2019-11. Prospective Bidders can obtain a copy of the specifications/scope of work and RFB documents at the address above. Bidders will be required to comply with all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity laws and regulations.
COTA hereby notifies all Bidders that disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation, and no Bidder will be subject to discrimination on the basis of race, color, sex, physical handicap, religion or national origin in consideration of an award of contract.
The Central Ohio Transit Authority reserves the right to reject any and all submittals. Bidders are hereby notified that the goods or services for purchase are to be purchased with financial participation from the Federal Transit Administration.
A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 1333 Fields Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43201 on May 15, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. (for the Site Work Bid Package) and 1:00 p.m. (for the Electrical and Mechanical Bid Packages) to answer any questions regarding the solicitation.
