The Department of Development’s Code Enforcement Division (hereafter known as “City”) is seeking a licensed stenographer (hereafter known as “Contractor”) to attend public meetings, transcribe spoken speech into written form, providing read back during the meeting as needed, and provide official transcripts of the public meetings to City after the meeting. The City is soliciting bids from stenographers or stenographer staffing agencies that can meet the requirements in this solicitation.
