Those who show up to the sites should bring their State I.D./Driver’s License and their insurance card if they have one. Appointments are not required but can be made. Tests will be administrated at no cost to the patient. The first 200 cars at each site will also get the added benefit of receiving a Community Wellness Kit that includes: face coverings; hand sanitizer and sanitizing spray.
