MVCC a part of the Miller-Valentine Group is requesting proposals for all scopes of work for the 423 Hoge Street Apartments in Cincinnati, Ohio. This project is a 62 unit apartment building with a first-floor parking garage. The total square footage for this project is 100,464. This project is tentatively scheduled to start in mid-August of 2020. The design is incorporating Silver LEED and has an SBE participation goal of 30%. All bidders must be willing to hold their pricing for the duration of the bidding and construction process.
Section 3, SBE, MBE, WBE, and Veteran-owned businesses are strongly encouraged and desired to participate in the bid process.

Bids are due on July 14, 2020 at 4PM. We will review all bids and consequently award contracts on this project if we are the successful General Contractor.
