Human Resources Analyst
This position will coordinate the hiring process and ensure all applicable Civil Service and Collective Bargaining Unit rules, regulations and internal procedures are being followed. This role will recruit to fill existing and upcoming vacancies and aid in developing and implementing recruitment strategy. This role will serve as an active member of the selection panel as well as inform/advise managers on all aspects of the hiring process. Make conditional offers, conducts pre-employment screenings, identify any issues and make recommendations for proceeding with hiring. Conduct other HR transactions and attend hiring functions and job fairs as needed. This role will also provide support to other HR sections on an as needed basis, including performing tasks related to payroll/benefits, labor relations, and training/development.
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of professional human resources experience in a human resources office, company, firm, or department. Substitution(s): A master’s degree in a related field may be substituted for one (1) year of the required experience. The salary range for this position is: $56,243 – $84,365 annually.
