Rep. Ingram appointed to the Ohio Tuition Trust Authority Board of Directors for the 134th General Assembly

 COLUMBUS— State Rep. Catherine Ingram (D-Cincinnati) today announced her appointment to the Ohio Tuition Trust Authority Board of Directors by Speaker Bob Cupp (R-Lima) for the duration of the 134th General Assembly. Rep. Ingram joins 10 other board members who oversee the investments of the Ohio Tuition Trust Authority.

“I am extremely honored to be appointed to the Ohio Tuition Trust Authority to continue the important work of making college more attainable for all Ohioans. Making college more accessible and affordable will create more job opportunities, allowing Ohioans to live and work right here in the great state of Ohio,” said Rep. Ingram.

The Ohio Tuition Trust Authority is the state agency under the Office of the Chancellor of the Ohio Department of Higher Education that oversees and administers Ohio’s 529 Plan, CollegeAdvantage. Established in 1989, Ohio’s 529 Plan was created for the purpose of helping middle-income families save for college.
