Statewide tour to give Ohioans opportunity to weigh in on Ohio’s anti-voter bill
COLUMBUS—House Democrats will host the statewide Freedom to Vote Town Hall Tour this week with stops in Cincinnati, Columbus, Akron, Cleveland, and Toledo. The town hall-style events give Ohioans the opportunity to share their thoughts and concerns on House Bill (HB) 294, controversial anti-voter legislation. Democrats announced the tour in response to GOP leaders cutting short debate during the first official hearing on HB 294. The tour kicks off with an event in Cincinnati TOMORROW, Wednesday, June 2, from 6-8 p.m. at the Urban League of Greater Southwestern Ohio.
