Setterlin Building Company seeks subs & suppliers for the City of Columbus Health Dept. Expansion Renovation

Setterlin Building Company is seeking bids from qualified subcontractors and suppliers for the City of Columbus Health Department Expansion Renovation. This project is a large renovation to the historical Columbus Health Department Building on 240 Parsons Avenue. Work will start in the fall and conclude in early 2024. The majority of the renovation will take place on the 3rd and 4th floors, with other renovations occurring on all of the other floors. This is a historical building that will require some historical renovations. Scopes of work to bid include: demolition, bird excrement removal, concrete, gypsum cement underlayment, masonry, masonry restoration, steel, decorative metals, carpentry, casework, firestopping, caulking, doors and hardware, glazing, plaster, metal ceilings, drywall, acoustical ceilings, flooring, painting, division 10-12 specialties, elevator, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electric, and technology.
 
Our bids are due to the owner at 1:00 on August 31st. We are requesting bids by the end of the day on the 30th if possible.
