Building Crafts, Inc., an equal opportunity employer, is soliciting bids from EDGE and ODOT certified DBE, MBE, and WBE subcontractors and suppliers for the Sycamore Creek WWTP Sludge Thickening project which bids on December 14th, 2022. Work of the Project includes expansion of thickening capacity at the plant, increase flexibility for plant operations, replace aging equipment, mitigate plant odors around gravity thickeners, and improve sludge settleability. The Work shall be performed for the City in accordance with the Contract Documents. The Work includes, but is not limited to, demolition, removal, replacement, installation of new equipment and/or modifications to
existing equipment to the following areas and processes: Aeration Basins, Gravity Thickeners, Install new WAS feed piping to GT, Odor Control, Thickened Sludge Building, Waste activated sludge (WAS) and Return activated sludge(RAS) pump stations. Items of work to be subcontracted or supplied include, but are not limited to the following: reinforcing steel supply/erection, concrete, block and brick masonry, caulking and sealants, miscellaneous metals, painting, HVAC, and electrical.
