Building Crafts, Inc., an equal opportunity employer, is soliciting bids from EDGE and ODOT-certified MBE, MBE, and WBE subcontractors and suppliers for the PRWWTP project which bids on August 10th,2023. The Work includes, but is not limited to, demolition, removal, replacement, installation of new equipment and/or modifications to existing equipment to the following areas and processes: demolition of existing sludge storage tanks; construction of three new sludge storage tanks and installation of jet mixing systems; demolition of existing pump building; construction of new pump building and installation of associated electrical and controls; demolition of existing odor control system; installation of new carbon adsorption odor control unit, new foul air ducting, and associated instrumentation and controls; demolition of existing sludge loadout station; and construction of new sludge loadout station. Items of work to be subcontracted or supplied include, but are not limited to the following: reinforcing steel supply/erection, concrete, aggregate, trucking, block and brick masonry, roofing, caulking and sealants, miscellaneous metals, doors and windows, painting, HVAC, plumbing and electrical.
