PR With A Purpose- Is it wise; changing the who, what, when, where, and how of your business?

Reinventing your business may be necessary for you to stay in the game. Of course you had a great idea to start with. Then, another idea came along. You tried that for a while, still something missing you thought.   Customers are not buying enough to keep you.

With each passing idea and need to stay competitive in your market; you must either perfect your product/service and, or expand the product line you are offering. In today’s market; that was so two seconds ago.

TIP: Make an assessment of your current products and services. How much of each have you sold in the last 6-12 months? 1-3 years? For those least sold; rethink why you created that product and how you can expand on it to make it more appealing to customers.  IF you cannot develop it further, it may be time to let it go and look for another avenue of pursuit with more favorable returns.  Make a list of all that you can offer, but are not, and that does not match your current offerrings.  Create a completely separate venture and begin to mold that business. When you have engaged the business and the public to a point of name recognition; you will have liberty to display the new products as a standalone entity.
