The Columbus Zoo Family of Parks is inviting proposals from experienced firms to create a new pricing strategy for admissions and memberships at both the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium and Zoombezi Bay.
Submission of Proposals Proposals must be electronically submitted by 5:00 PM (EST) on Friday, January 19, 2024, to Angel Mumma at angel.mumma@columbuszoo.org. Submissions can be made via Dropbox, but the download response details must be sent to Ms. Mumma before the deadline. Receipt of submissions will be confirmed by Ms. Mumma. Please note, printed copies are neither required nor accepted.
Confidentiality of Proposals Any proprietary information in the response should be clearly marked. Claims that the entire response is proprietary will not be acknowledged.
Important Dates for the RFP Process
- December 20, 2023: RFP Announcement
- January 5, 2024, 5:00 PM: Deadline for submitting questions in writing to angel.mumma@columbuszoo.org. Questions after this date won’t be addressed.
- January 12, 2024, 5:00 PM: Responses to inquiries provided.
- January 19, 2024, 5:00 PM: Deadline for proposal submissions.
- February 2, 2024: Review and selection of preferred firm(s) for potential interviews by CZA leadership.
- February 7-13, 2024: Interview period for selected firms.
- February 14, 2024: Final selection of firm and start of contract negotiations.
