- Scope of Work: Includes various pavement repair and replacement tasks, such as demo and installation of asphalt pads, full-depth pavement repair, fire access installation, parking lot repairs, and more.
- Project Schedule:
- Site Visit: June 17th, 2024, at 2:30 PM
- Bid Deadline: June 26th, 2024, by 5:00 PM
- Notice of Award: July 8th, 2024
- Completion Deadline: August 30th, 2024

Minority Business Participation:
- The CZA aims for a 10% minority spend of the total project cost.
- Bidders must submit their Commitment to Minority Business Participation Form with the bid.
