RFQ # 2024-03-35 Construction Management Professional Services – Master Plan Implementation at the Franklin County Government Center (FCGC) (“the Project”) Bundle 2
DATE AND TIME OF PROPOSAL OPENING: November 6, 2024, at 3:30 P.M. EST
SUMMARY OF PROJECT/PROPOSAL: The Franklin County Board of Commissioners, Franklin County, Ohio, requests submittals from interested parties with proven experience to provide Construction Manager At-Risk services associated with selective renovation and new construction for this Master Plan Implementation project as identified in this Request for Qualification. An Architect-of-Record will prepare construction documents. An Owner allowance will be included in this scope of work for additional implementation and spaced enhancements for RFQ 2 projects, including but not limited to Franklin County Office Tower office floor renovations. All new construction will be interior renovation of existing interior space. There are multiple components of this project:
1. FCSO Property Room
2. PFM offices relocation and consolidation
3. Purchasing and DEI – Buildout
4. CSEA Interim Improvements
5. FCOT Maintenance Program for Critical Aged Infrastructure
6. FC Memorial Hall – 3rd floor – Office on Aging
